My mother had such severe back pain for 2 days that my dad finally called an ambulance and they brought her here. She was dismissed as having acute back pain and told to go see an orthopedic doctor that they recommended. They did not take x-rays. you guys need to work on the courtesy of your security staff. I was joking around and the guard got completely rude. All I said was Okay dawg and he got completely rude and said Im not your dawg. Sorry that guy failed the police academy and is mad about his life
RecommendedWell the beginning of my visit was absolutely terrible..the security guards were in their room with the door open,very loudly talking about patients and laughing..unprofessional!!!!..once I went back dr.leeann was superb..she actually listened and helped me find a doctor for my broken foot!!!...thank you for taking such good care of me!!
I went to get blood work this morning at around 10am. Things have changed. The lobby now handles security checks and registrations. It was crowded, and hard to social distance. About 20 people stood around, waiting, wearing masks. When I got to the lab, mask wearing was apparently optional. A man was slowly sipping water and watching TV, while hoping for a successful urine sample. I had to sit across from him, less than 6 feet. Five stars! Quite frankly was dreading going to the ER yesterday for obvious reasons plus COVID environment fears and I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the greeting when I entered through the exam, x-rays, treatment and discharge, every single person I dealt with was friendly, professional, compassionate and engaging. Today I was seen in ER. Dr.Walker, Nurse Nicole were as sweet as they could be! Explained everything and made me feel at home. They deserve an award!!! Cold hands warm hearts!!!!
I want to thank Paige Shinn and the rest of the ER staff, the night nurses on the 7th floor, especially Nurse Maydenne for their attentive care and comfort, and Dr. Bedway for the amazing job in fixing me up. You made everything so comfortable and easy to go through, I can't thank you enough!! You guys are the best!!
The Emergancy Department Drs. and Nurses are very good and saved my life on a recent Insulin Crash and they treat me like family !!!!!
