I cannot express the gratitude and loving care the hospice nurses and staff offered my mom when she transitioned into her heavenly home. A heartfelt thank you for all that you do for our loved ones and the community you serve.
Terrible experience with my mother's passing. First RN I had contact with was Ruth who was confrontational and did not seem to care about listening to family. Having just arrived I was hoping to my mother would wake so I could say goodbye to her. When I said this to Ruth she said, "she's not waking up" and "well, good luck with that." It was the most careless thing someone in her position could say to a grieving son. It was pretty much down hill from there. We were blessed to have found this place. The staff and Nurses are Angels. The place is serene, peaceful. Individualized care of the very best to the highest standards.
William Childs Hospice Home is a home away from home the care that my mother received there was beyond what I expected they treated her like their own they treated our family like we were their family the staff the nurses the CNAs housekeeping everyone treated my mother with dignity and love my mother was there for five nights 6 days we never left her side it was so peaceful there they kept my mother clean comfortable with such love and affection my mother transitioned peacefully with dignity.
