Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star due to the hospitality provided by the cashier Heather. I am not sure why but every encounter I have with her she is very rude and aggressive towards me. Most recently I called for additional information on my balance and she said ok and hung up rudely in my face. I really enjoy the chiropractic care but the way I am spoken to makes me feel as if my business is not valued and that I am not valued as a human being. Use to love these guys, no chiropractor in months, its frustrating I have to start with a new office again no update on my care, really enjoyed Dr Brewer and his staff while it lasted, but way too long as a patient with no updates I will be moving on to a new chiropractor once again welcome to dealing with their industry! One in the same!!!
Welcoming staff, Enjoyed infrared red sauna. Definitely going back.
