Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Good luck trying to book an appointment. Doctors are great if you can ever get in to see them.
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic regarding patient records and communication. Not only have they refused to provide me with medical records, but they also failed to respond to a formal written request regarding this matter. Furthermore, there is a clear discrepancy in their record-keeping; the clinic’s records of visits do not match my own documentation. I've been a patient of Dr. Soltermann for several years now, and I'm so glad she was willing to take me on! Dr. Soltermann is attentive, listens to what I have to say, and follows up on everything instead of just brushing off symptoms I'm concerned about. I always feel like she actually cares about my health outcome, and she spots things that may cause issues before they have a chance to. The staff is also great, they're always quick to reply, kind, and organized!
Dr Schuurman has been a huge help to me, and has been my family doctor for many years. I’m very grateful to have her as my family doctor. One downside is that the office used to be in a location with free parking, but have since moved. Not a fan of the pay parking, but it is normal for this area near the hospital.
