I absolutely love my doctor. She has made a tremendous difference in my life by helping me finally get answers and proper treatment for my chronic back and neck pain. She also helped diagnose and manage my Crohn’s disease, which has greatly improved my quality of life. The physician seen did not perform an adequate examination during my visit. The documentation in my medical record reflected services and assessments that were not actually performed. After message the doctor, she attempted to lie. Ultimately, she did edit the note and correct the billing. However, the clinical exam still reflects elements of the physical exam that were not performed. People at counter nice...but my elderly dad has (still does) a UTI. Called several times and even went to the office asking for an antibiotic. They always said they were getting right on it. No order ever came through. Kept checking at pharmacy. At a loss and cannot understand their negligence here. I would find another place that follows through if I were you.
Super nice office and Dr. Ferdous was very kind. I really appreciate Irene the medical assistant! So sweet and made me feel so comfortable waiting for the provider.
