Dr. Dang and Jackie are great, but the office staff is untrained, unskilled, and downright RUDE. I've been seeing the providers here for a couple of years, putting up with unanswered phones, 20-minute holds, excuses that their new systems don't work, and bumbling ineptitude; but today was the last straw.
