They don’t use epic so it is hard if someone is in need of info from a different hospital. If labs need done you are paying to get them done again bc no epic platform is used there. Not all staff, but some staff made it very clear they didn’t want to be there. That specific staff member also wasn’t professional enough to wait for the door to completely close to ask my first last name and date of birth. The provider on that day did do everything she could to keep up with the amount patients waiting to be seen.
