The first time I needed an urgent care center in many years. I read the reviews before choosing this one, the great reviews were the deciding factor why i chose this location. From the moment I entered the building I was greeted by a smiling and helpful person. The wait time was only 15 minutes. I made an appointment at 1100am for 1:30pm and told them I injured my hand and wanted an xray. I confirmed they took my insurance and had an xray machine. When I arrived for my appointment ( ten minutes early ) I was informed the xray technician had just left for another location, so I wasn't seen. Couldn't explain why tech left and why they wouldn't wait a few more minutes to see us if she just left. Can't leave 0 stars
