Very kind, caring, and thorough. This is the only urgent care I’ll go to from now on!
Preregistered for 4:15 appointment. Got there at 4:05. Didn’t get called back until 4:45, even though there was only one person ahead of me. Worse, a walk-in with no appointment got walked back before me. Once I got back, everything was fine—but waiting that long for no reason was ridiculous.
"a year ago" I guess if you don't have insurance but need a drug test and chest X-ray for work or school you can come here and pay less than $100.00 for both. Thank you. Dr. Guerrero is so pleasant and fast. The staff got me in and tested within 30min. I got my positive strep results and have my meds were ready within another 30 min. Now just healing and getting back to normal.
I’m updating my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because, although my initial billing experience was extremely frustrating, the situation was eventually resolved, and I appreciate the billing team’s efforts to find a fair solution. I visited this urgent care on July 24 for ear pain and a bad cough. I was seen quickly on a Friday afternoon, and the medical assistant was great.
