I walked in and was asked if i had an appointment or was registered or something. Since when did urgent cares need appointments? I thought the whole point was to just walk in. They make sick people and parents with sick kids check themselves in on a kiosk, then fill out paperwork all digitally on your phone. The receptionist did literally nothing but answer a few questions and never once asked if I needed help with anything. I needed an appointment last minute and they were able to squeeze me in. The staff was wonderful (so kind and helpful), and the doctor was really able to help. Would recommend!
Excellent care. Quick, efficient & friendly. I went in for throat infection and was the first in the office to arrive. I was seen and released within 45 minutes. Their online check in process made the paperwork part easy. My Px's were called in to the pharmacy. The next day my abscess broke and drained. The steroids reduced the swelling and I'm on Clindamyacin for 10 days. Feeling so much better and able to swallow again. Thank to the Providers & staff!
Wow I'm so impressed with the professionalism of all the workers! Was able to make an appointment online and see the DR. So easy and quick! Dr Monika is amazing! Thanks to all the girls!!
