They are committing insurance fraud. I have BC and BS 45 for urgent care. They tried to bill it us out of network and sent us a bill for 279 dollars. Mind you right on the card it says 45 dollars urgent care. Now Linda will not give the money back. Complain to the state BME I can't be the only one.
