Fast, caring service. When the NP learned that I’m diabetic, she immediately added a prescription antibiotic to my after care (I went in with a bad burn on my hand and I had accidentally broken two large blisters).
The aids are very nice! The doctors are the issue rude had no compassion. Seem annoyed your sick and disgusted when you have positive test results the “doctor” with the redish orange hair should not be in this profession her bed side manner is terrible! No wonder she’s in this type of setting she could never handle a real heath care job! I have been here twice. Once for my daughter back in August and today for me. Both times we received excellent care and consideration. Quick and efficient and thorough from front desk to provider. Highly recommend this urgent care. Thank you!
The urgent care receptionist was very nice as was the nurse, and radiologist.Giving one star as the Dr (Dr James Mensching) was very harsh with his words when telling me what he thought was my diagnosis.He told me the hospital misdiagnosed me last month after looking at my last cat scan.He wasn't compassionate or gentle with how he spoke to me. Dr. Eng was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She was quick to determine that I had a severe reaction to a medication that I had been taking for years. I highly recommended her to anyone seeking services at Health Express.
