Brooke Cooley is the best since thanksgiving I have lost 20.6 pounds 5 pounds of that was pure fat gained three pounds of muscle and have lost 10 1/2 inches total off my body I have never dreamed of going to the gym and I am and loving it thanks Brooke and H&e awesome!!!!!!
