This is the worst run medical office we have ever visited. When they made a billing error regarding not filing with Tri-care, they kept passing the buck and insisted that we make it right by calling Tricare. Excuse me, but that's the billing department's job. We're so glad that we found a medical office (even though it's way across town) that will serve us. Now we're forced to pay the extra money Tricare wouldn't cover because no one seemed to know the necessary code for the claim. Also, their staff is very rude. I tried to ... read more
I have been going to them for more than two years now. Liz (a MA that share my name:) has been so wonderful. She assists Dr Kauser. They are truly a dream team. I have had struggles with my health and she is truly an blessing for this organization. Dr. Kauser is truly phenomenal and an educated Doctor. Glad one of my friends recommended him. Have had nothing but excellent experiences
I drive across Tarrant County specifically to go to this location. The staff is always friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I also love how well they manage scheduling and help patients avoid unnecessarily long wait times.
Currently they're 30 minutes behind. No one has said anything to me. Their water machine is broken, although they did offer one lady a bottled water. This office called and text me no less than 5 times, changing my appointment time once, and yet here I am still waiting.
