HDG has provided management and consulting services for the entirety ooff our existence as a Non-profit provider of senior services. The management of this organization is knowledgeable and responsive to our needs in the rapidly and constantly changing arena of senior living.
Health Dimensions (HD) has done a very good job managing our financials, including expenditures and the many types of funding revenue coming into our BWCC nursing home, putting together our annual budget based on expected financial conditions, and tracking monthly money inflows and outflows and comparing them to budget planning numbers. HDG took over Sylvan Crossings in Cudahy, WI, July 2024, the transition was supposed to be smooth and professional -- it was not at all. HDG took over and almost immediately it went down hill. Instead of helping management and staff with training and hands on training with their new systems they did endless virtual meetings and phone calls and refused to come in person to show the all staff how to use the system so we were left to figure it on our own.
