I am just concerned that the old doctor is going to give me a hard time sending them medical records they already don't answer the phone as it is LMAO 🤣 and they didn't work on that referral for the eye specialist either I am terrified they are gonna to reject it again and I am gonna have to continue to process

This is a good place to get some much needed help. The staff is great with customers, and polite. If your going for TB Testing, you will have to wait for two weeks, but other than that, it's speedy service and not much wait time.
I cant say enough good things about this place. they are timely, professional and accommodating. the providers, Especially Mrs/Ms Paula and Mrs/Ms Wright were very informative about my health concerns and made me feel heard and not judged. Great experience EVERY TIME. this place is a pilar in this community!
Jacksonville is failing miserably...does anyone even work here!?!? I KEEP GETTING PUT ON HOLD!! I Wish I had the tools to conduct my own STI/STD testing.
