I cant say enough good things about this place. they are timely, professional and accommodating. the providers, Especially Mrs/Ms Paula and Mrs/Ms Wright were very informative about my health concerns and made me feel heard and not judged. Great experience EVERY TIME. this place is a pilar in this community!
Jacksonville is failing miserably...does anyone even work here!?!? I KEEP GETTING PUT ON HOLD!! I Wish I had the tools to conduct my own STI/STD testing.
I have visited this location fives times in the last three days. The first time was because they had “staff meetings” the entire day and couldn’t take my appointment. They told me and three other people we can come in any time to get our test read. I walk in and was told I would have to wait an hour since they’re on lunch. I try my best to be as respectful and empathetic to anyone that serves me in any way but at some point that same respect needs to be given to patients just the same. So helpful and professional.
I do follow up in that clinic for almost 3 years and there is not a single time that I’m not waiting for minimum 1 hour to begin seen. They need understand that people have other things to do with their lives not only sitting and waiting to be called. I was the FIRST patient at 8 am and I’m leaving at 9am without being seen. It’s not the first time and I’m pretty sure it won’t be the last.
