Beware they do not tell you they keep attendance on the patients. Regardless of how many years. Weve been a patient for about 5 years now and they still terminate them with absolutely no warning what so ever. Even though you RESCHEDULE with time and have ZERO no show appointments they count then against you. They are aware they see children that go to school, are sick and see multiple other drs and still terminate patients. 10 TIMELY reschedules in 5 years is apparently too much for them. If I could give this facility a ZERO, I would\. I have had several problems with them throughout the years. I can deal with the long wait times which they definitely have. I’ve even gotten past the fact that they rarely answer their phones. It literally depends on whether you’re having a good day or whether the call center is actually working.
