The doctor is great and the nurse practitioners are too. the one star is because as so many others have said - the office does NOT answer the phone, reply to texts (even when they text you first?), return your calls when you leave detailed messages, send in paperwork that’s needed from therapy clinics, etc. if they replaced their entire front office staff, there’d be no issues. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Several times we have requested paperwork or medical records and we have received the run around from front staff. We just recently requested medical records for my child and after plenty of pushback were told to pay $25 to receive the records by today. We were then told that it will take 3 days AFTER I paid. I called several times to their office at 4:30pm, with my call being forwarded straight to voicemail. Their hours of operation are stated clearly M-F 8-5. This place is unprofessi... read more
Care was great until they decided to treat HEALTH CARE as a health spa and convert to charging monthly "fees" instead of billing appropriately as a cash patient since they're stepping towards all out of network billing for insurance. Also, the fact that they are charging a higher - what is equivalent to a medical spa club fee - to patience with diabetes is just disgraceful. As if the medical industry as a whole isn't abusing these poor people by price gouging them enough. Have since sought care elsewhere. At best, this new b... read more
