EDIT: Downgraded from 2 to 1 star. Just got a bill from them, 3 months after service provided and the amount billed in no way represents the level service provided. We used this provider for endocrinology and lab work but they are not our main pediatrician. The medical staff has been good, the lab work was great. The BILLING department however. We shows up for to go over our lab results and we get hit with a $350 charge before we get the results. We were told we should have received a letter in January (before our first visi... read more

I had an appointment at this afternoon for my son. Just a simple phone call appointment. Called the front desk 5 minutes after the appointment wondering where was my link for the appointment. They told me the doctor was running late. I called 45 minutes after the appointment wondering again when I will be speaking to the doctor. Gave them the information for the appointment again. They left me on hold for 20 minutes. Ended the call and called back. Now it is going straight to voicemail. They close in 30 minutes. I tried call... read more
