Beware they do not tell you they keep attendance on the patients. Regardless of how many years. Weve been a patient for about 5 years now and they still terminate them with absolutely no warning what so ever. Even though you RESCHEDULE with time and have ZERO no show appointments they count then against you. They are aware they see children that go to school, are sick and see multiple other drs and still terminate patients. 10 TIMELY reschedules in 5 years is apparently too much for them. I had a very disappointing experience at this office with my niece. The staff, especially the office manager, were incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The way I was treated came across as arrogant and unprofessional, and instead of trying to help address my concerns, the office manager acted as though she already knew everything and had no interest in actually helping. I’ve had two appointments at this place, and both times the receptionists have been unfriendly. They don’t even greet you or make you feel welcome. It honestly seems like they don’t enjoy their job. I think management should pay more attention to this, as customer service makes a big difference in the overall experience.
