My experience started with a call to the Cotton O'Neal Express Care North. I went through the automated prompts, and I was redirected to Health Connections at Stormont Vail. After, what seemed, to be an fair hold time, I was greeted by Kayla. From there, it went down hill. I explained my situation and during the remainder of the call I was met with lackluster service.
