If it wasn't for the good counselors this place would be a zero.. unfortunately both of our counselors for our children left at once (must be a reason for that). After we called and left multiple VMs for someone to call us back so we could get our kids set up with other counselors at the facility they never even bothered returning our messages, very unprofessional. In the offices where the kids meet with counselors are dingy & small also not a very comfortable setting in my opinion.
