I have been to many many therapist in my lifetime and i had set an appointment up here for my boyfriend to get his foot in the door with mental health health. They are very unprofessional and unnecessary details, just in the way the therapist talked was very unprofessional ( not proper saying things such as “like” every other word and stopping mid sentence to carry on a different sentence, asking the same questions after already being answered and asking completely irrelevant questions, talking sluggishly almost like being h... read more
Completely unethical and unprofessional, especially with how they are ok with doing things without keeping both parents informed.
My daughter has been seen by them since May. The home therpist is great, can't say enough nice things about Tiffany. However, I have to cut ties with their medication specialist after they completely dropped the ball. In June, at her last med check we all scheduled a time for Aug for revaluation of the dose to see if it's helping in school. My daughter ran out of medication two days before that appointment and they wouldn't approve of any refills until the medication check up (completely fair).
