I am a veteran who was referred there by the VA for medication management. On my first visit I brought in all my medication and during my intake appointment all of my medical history was discussed. I was recently told I cannot be prescribed my sleeping medication because they don't have access to my medication records. Great place
I've had great success with my treatment here. Learning about myself and what I can do with my trauma has been very enlightening.
In the one year I went to this place there were alot of personnel turnovers. Doctors refuse to return phone calls, claim their too busy. Doctors make suggestions for other specialty doctors but have no clue as to whom to recommend, your on your own. Bill for services not preformed. Doctors tell you a certain condition you might have but won't put it in writing so you can pass it on to another provider to get further help that HCA cannot provide. Not friendly at all!
This place is so unorganized. The company does not keep stable doctors to help patients. They make you go through so many loops with making appointments. They will have you waiting ALL day at an appointment on them when it’s convenient for them. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. If you are seeking help this is not the place to take your kids or yourself. They don’t have great hours for kids they want kids to miss school just to seek help.
