This place is Amazing! The people are wonderful. They listen! Not only to your wants and needs, but the soft unspoken things that we often don't say. They staff has helped me so much. If you are looking for help with yourself, This is a great place to start!
I am a veteran who was referred there by the VA for medication management. On my first visit I brought in all my medication and during my intake appointment all of my medical history was discussed. I was recently told I cannot be prescribed my sleeping medication because they don't have access to my medication records. For six months you have seen me every month as a patient, This is a lie, a release is signed by the patient to give the provider access to your records.
