This company is not a very stable employer. I received an offer to start working there last year, when I went to pick up my employment packet, I was informed that the manager, had quit with little notice, and then the therapist had also just abruptly walked out. I was told that I would receive follow up contact , which I never did, also I learned later, a newly hired therapist had quit. I love Mrs Tracy and Mrs D. When me and my son need them they are there. They are amazing I look forward to the meetings and they connect with my son.

The only positive reaction to this place is from Trayce Valentine, who is the mental health boss of this place. And as a former employee of the establishment, I would never recommend.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone work there (not under the leadership of Trayce anyway) or send a kid there. I was encouraged to discharge a child who was not ready to save the company money. I was given a full caseload less than a week after starting, and was only given 2 days of training and then would be reprimanded for mistakes but never taught... read more
