Would not recommend, went in for a specific reason, sat there for 2 and 1/2 hours just to get a run around. Biggest waste of time especially when they could’ve been up front from the beginning and I could’ve gotten help somewhere else sooner.

i rate it a 2/5 because of this one therapist i had who saved my life, but after she left it really went down-hill so fast. the next therapist after her was so unprofessional (answered a phone call in middle of session and threatened to call the police on the caller, often shortened appointments and went home early just because of a headache she had, etc), and now there’s only one therapist left in the whole building. i have been waiting in the waitlist for MONTHS and there still isn’t any sign of getting a new therapist. in... read more

A person (juvenile) suggested this place for my daughter. When she had already gone to centerstone and this place is a joke. They have no resources to help us. These people are just here to be here. she has been talking to these people for a few months now and she shows 0 results. I have complained and nothing because of her being 16 she can choose where she goes. I would more understand if these people was helping but they ARE NOT. Health Connect is a complete joke!! If you like a run around concerning your mental health this is the place for you. They will suddenly transfer you to different offices, stating that you are not in their covered area, although you've been at the same office for 3 years. Also, they have rescheduled med. appointments without any notice and will not reschedule them until weeks out..
