I really liked this place at first but I feel they really dropped the ball on my child. We were doing TDT services at school which was great but then they stopped doing that after the school year ended. We ended up reconnecting with them and my daughter started seeing a gentleman who she absolutely loved and connected with them he decided to leave the practice someone was supposed to call me to pick up her case and take her on we never received a call. Planned a vacation and knew we would not have enough meds. I called before we left and they said they would work on it. We leave and still no meds. So I’m thinking we can just transfer the meds when we get near a CVS...no not the case. So I tell them we need the prescription filled regardless. They call back and said we would have to do a tele appointment before they could fill it. Never received the email with an appointment. My plan was to have my mother overnight me the meds.
