I've been coming to this practice since before I was a teenager, but not any more. I went in with a genuine concern for my physical and more importantly mental health. Doctor Gupta, with no regard for any of my concerns, I was given zero advice or help not even talked through potential options. I've since become a veteran after serving in the forces and he had little care to assist me with injuries sustained while serving...never again will I come here

Doctors are good, but the Receptionist is very hard to talk to and pretty useless. I was calling to book an appointment for my sick baby and it took 9 minutes for her to find my name in the system and once she had found me she continued to tell me how long it had been since I had been there (as if that was relevant to my booking...) told me a time for an appointment, changed her mind, asked to call me back because she didn't seem to know what she was doing.. and when I asked if I could speak to someone else as I was concerne... read more

Receptionist wasn't very helpful would not book my toddler an appointment then said she will call me back and never did!!!!
