This office Is a better option when you compare to Parkland however not to any other office in the Area. When I was pregnant they denied my changing doctors as our schedules where different due to my insurance I was unable to change doctors so all of my prenatal care was bad as I could not afford to miss certain days and there was another that was available to see me but again could not change doctors. I’ve loved my doctors here. While the patient care is amazing, I have had nothing but issues with the front desk and scheduling. I wait on hold for someone to answer for over 20 minutes and the phone hangs up. This happens over and over and I’m not able to reach anyone.
Dr. Staub took great care of me for 12 years, through 3 pregnancies. I trusted him fully with my care. Rhonda was also amazing and always made me feel welcome and taken care of. I’m a little sad I won’t be seeing them as much now that I’m done having babies, but they are an exceptional team.
Dr. Staub and his assistant Rhonda Hooper are second to none! I have been coming to health central for almost 30 years now. Dr. Staub has taken excellent care of me during childbirth and beyond. Rhonda is caring, professional and attentive. These two are an amazing team !!
