I am a week into being ill. Spent several hours at ER. Again last night.sorry but I do not want to seem Unappreciative
I called in to try to speed up a hold on a large check I was waiting to clear and the representative called the branch manager who received the check and got them to release the hold a day early. She could have told the branch manager to call me back as they were busy when we called, but she called them back for me and handled it all. She went above and beyond. I even asked how to do an international wire transfer and she gave me advice on how to prepare my account to do that. Overall, great experience.
