Called and asked for the cost of a self-pay visit for my wife (no insurance) and was told it would be $100, so I scheduled an appointment for her and paid the $100 prior to her being seen. After being seen, she was told that she had to pay an additional $65. They refused to tell her why they were charging the additional money. The prescription that was called in to the pharmacy had her birthday listed as the day of her visit. It took them over two hours to correct their mistake with the pharmacy.
