Scheduled an appointment a month ago, got a call saying my appointment has been canceled because the doctor wasn't going to be there, waited that whole month just to get another call saying my appointment has been canceled the 2nd time. Now theres not another Monday available at all, which is my only day off, and the lady on the phone could care less. Just need some blood work done to see why I been feeling funny and I guess they just dont care. Thanks for not caring.
The customer service is the worst out of any clinic / hospital I have ever been to. Goodluck trying to reach the front desk, I’m almost always on hold for 20-45 minutes at a time. The psychiatry care is decent, but they plan on losing it at this clinic. Save yourself the time and find an actual doctors office and an actual psychiatrist’s office.
