Would not give me a bag of ice or even a bag for ice. What happened was that I asked the lady at the desk for a bag of ice. She said I needed an appointment and that she couldn’t just give me a bag of ice even though I’m a student here. This is probably the easiest thing for a “health center” to do. Absolutely useless place.
I went to this clinic because the insurance sent me but the person at the counter didn't like Latinos and told me that they weren't accepting new people, her face spoke for her.
Easy to schedule appointments and the team is always professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Been coming to this location for 2 years and never had any issues.
