Horrible staff, rude and so unprofessional
Can’t get ahold of the actual clinic that you’re trying to get a hold of. When you call, it goes to a call service. Then it takes 3 to 4 business days for them to get a note to your doctor to get back to you! Every time I go to a different pharmacy or Doctor, they all say the same thing about Peak Vista! Unless you can get a wonderful care coordinator, it’s almost impossible to get hold of your doctor in a timely manner when you most need them!
My daughter has been coming here her whole life and I've only ever had 1 problem with 1 doctor.
I have called and made appointments on 2 different occasions and the schedulers never even made my son's appointment. I called a month in advance to make sure I got an appointment and for some reason these schedules aren't doing there jobs . It's ridiculous
