this place is very inconsistent with all their appointment scheduling. i wasted 2 trips down there for my son just to find out he never had an appointment both times which is funny because i had appointment reminder cards for both times. they are always lose their providers because this place treats individuals like straight trash! do not go here if you want good quality service!!
Was on hold for an hour and then got hung up on. On hold for another hour! All the while it was telling me I was the first caller in Que. This wasn’t lunch time or after hours. Unacceptable. I would never go here if I needed healthcare

Service was great, the only thing you get assign to different providers often. I was told these are not actual doctors they are providers
The front desk is incompetent. One hung up on me because whatever was distracting her gave her the giggles and the other woman who is so obnoxiously rude doesnt understand what insurance her company takes. Im throughly angry I pay for insurance all to have Medicaid doctors and trash service and attitudes. Unfortunately due to the urgency of my situation and the lack of service I received I will also be reaching out to BBB to hopefully prevent others from having the same experience.
