Charity was great! She took the time to explain things and to make sure we had the supplies we needed. She didn’t act like we were disrupting her day or waiting her time. It was the same way with the lady who put our tanks in the car. Both times I’ve been there, I was very impressed with the customer service.
I've dealt with three people from the Amarillo store, Connie, Charity, and another (I cannot remember her name). They have all been spectacular! Rotech should close the Pampa store or find help like these ladies! They are the only reason I'm not going somewhere else, even though that was what I was going to do!
