This company is horrible. Some of the employees I've spoken with seem to care, but on a whole, I would recommend avoiding. I was billed twice as much as I was quoted, I verified twice that I was not set up for automated shipments, only to start getting automated shipments. After the first one, I called and asked to be taken off of the automated shipments, and still received another shipment. I had a total knee replacement 3 weeks ago . When I was leaving the hospital I had zero of my requested equipment waiting for me ! Now , three weeks later I am still waiting for my walking cane as the girl who submits the orders didn’t submit mine and went on vacation . This is doing nothing but hindering my recovery, so if you’re looking for a speedy recovery, don’t choose this company for your equipment !!!!

This Company is a joke. The manager (Chris Klaine) never returns phone calls when you want to talk with about a problem with the equipment that they are providing. They state that he cannot be contacted via e-mail or that he is busy, or out of town. When there is a problem with the equipment they will " write -up a work order and get it on the schedule" When you inquire when - "not sure - maybe tomorrow- we will let you know" Well they have closed for the day and Guess What~~~~~ no phone call.
