Very unprofessional. They email from a Yahoo email account - HCRJAX asking for credit card information. They won't provide a secure portal to pay or send a paper bill. When they called me back the business name doesn't show on caller id, just some "v" number. I am going to change my doctor as I am not comfortable with this business practice.
