In my experience and my observations the h.c.r.c. clinic is the most professional efficient and genuinely concerned for its clients . By far the best clinic I've been a patient of by far . The staff does not get nearly enough credit for the hard work and professionalism they offer . Top notch
They really have fallen off in the recent years. If your already a client, you will have little to no issues but if you are coming in as a new patient, even if you were there before they have made the intake process so bad, the doctors will put you on a hold and then some error will make it so you can't get your dose for months. Well im currently trying to get ahold of someone at the clinic, but i can't. i called the number provided above with google. Asks me if im a current patient. I hit 2. Then it asks me where i want to get patched through to. I hit 0 for reception. I then it asks if im a patient AGAIN I HIT 2 and AGAIN it asks me where i want to be patched through to. AGAIN, I HIT 0. I love this clinic I been going there for at least 5 years or so and I live in greenfield I won’t change clinics my counselor Rashmi hope I spelled it write lol,I have had a few different counselors but she is my favorite one she’s very nice and understanding she’s really easy to talk to it’s hard for me to talk to people with my ptsd but she makes me feel very comfortable about talking about things with her … The nurses are awesome to ,they always have smiles on there faces they are all very sweet keep it up guys love it
Dorian is the best staff there 5 stars for me
