I used this agency service for my grandmother and they were flawless. They send a very caring nurse named Lizel who was very compassionate and loving with my Grandmother. The office staff was also very helpful in answering all my questions about caregivers and administrative processes.
My grandmother was serviced by this agency about one week ago. The nurse (Maday) that came to change her dressings was polite and explained everything step by step, which my grandmother being 85 years old loved. I would highly recommend Health Care of South FL to anyone in the area who needs a good home care service.
Called to obtain new service for someone. Spoke to a person named Monica who answered the phone and bit my head off. She said their agency won't just hire aides out when you need them. They must have a steady schedule every week. I told her that I needed both a steady live-in and some hourly when I need them but she was so nasty and didn't care what I needed and hung up. Who needs abuse?
