I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff member responsible for drawing blood was clearly unprofessional and lacked the necessary skills. After several failed attempts, she was only able to collect one small vial of blood, which turned out to be insufficient for the lab to complete the full analysis. This not only caused unnecessary discomfort, but also wasted my time and delayed my results. I expected better care and competence from a medical facility. They never pick up the damn phone, very unorganized and unprofessional. Front desk is horrible!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I clearly stated to the doctor that I wanted a copper IUD — specifically the type that allows for a regular monthly period. Despite this, I was given a hormonal IUD, which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. Thankfully, the obstetrician I saw later caught the mistake before the insertion.
