It is very difficult to say anything positive when the mental health of your loved ones is treated like it doesn't matter. Dr. Papoola NEVER responds and fails to keep up with the patients he is prescribing for. No one should ever have gaps in medication because the physician fails to send orders to the pharmacy. To make matters even worse, when the pharmacy reaches out for refill authorization, he doesn't respond! I give this facility one Star due to a lie that could have been easily solved by communication!
The director and CEO popoola is unprofessional and shouldn’t be practicing psychiatry. He talks down to you, gaslights and manipulates. He needs to be removed.
