My experience has been very positive and comforting. Every since I met Sheri and she had been my Dr. I've never felt more at ease. She's informative and she cares about me and my health and is always trying to provide me with the right care. She includes me in discussions about my care. Today was my first appointment and I was so pleased with how everything went! Each employee I interacted with was so friendly, I’m definitely making this my primary care office from now on. Hayley was sooo sweet and seemed to really care for her patients. She didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was bothering her with my questions. Very informative and professional. Dr. Wright’s office is absolutely wonderful! The front desk ladies are knowledgeable, the nurses go above and beyond for their patients, especially Lyndsay! I love that they can usually fit me in the same day for an appointment when emergent and that labs are drawn in-house. Amy is efficient at running the lab. The new office is kept clean and tidy. I've been going to the Health Care Institute of North Florida for over 15 years. They have an excellent staff and treat you like family. Dr Wright is so personable and caring for any health needs that I may have. I would never think of trusting my health to anyone else.
