I just love this place, when I was an active drug user, they never judged or belittled me. And now that I've been staying clean I come here for my medical needs. Ms. Maria my current doctor here is very understanding and attentive to my needs has never dropped the ball on me. And Lori her nurse is that pleasant ear that listens even on my bad days. I feel like there needs to be some new reviews for accuracy. My experience with the doctor, Kate, was the best experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting. She was very patient and listened to me like I haven’t been listened to before by a healthcare professional . I travel around the country and I’m homeless, and often times I miss Santa Fe just because of the care I got here.
treated me like garbage on the phone. lori spoke down to me. i may be homeless/precarious but i'm a human being and i deserve to be treated with dignity. end of story. i have medicaid, why would i stay with a company that doesn't respect me?
