A doctor's office that only takes walk in cash payments or checks by mail. They do not take credit/debit cards. She states that is the policy of my insurance, which is not true, nor did she look up my account. Which means they don't take HSA cards. So I need to mail a check for $1.45 or walk in a cash payment.
