Very pleased with the services provided by Healthcare Connectors. Gretchen Singsen OT is an outstanding and dedicated therapist who has worked with my elderly father after he broke his wrist. She goes the extra mile to connect with her patients and to identify their specific needs, even in complex cases. We are grateful for her hard work and excellent bedside manner.
Excellent comprehensive care, Especially the PT with Ashley and JJ. Ashley helped identify the muscle repair needed and gave us simple and worthwhile exercises we could do on our own. JJ brought us to a new level of acceptance and motivation to improve our health situation. It’s made all the difference. With renewed hope we face my husband’s exercises with a positive attitude and we can see the improvement.
They were available one day after discharge following major disabling Orthopedic Surgical repair of my Quadriceps tendon. I was visited by Skilled nurse, occupational therapist, and Physical Therapist to assess my immediate needs as well as plans for beginning the needed Physical Therapy which could only start at four weeks. This would be in my home before I could even walk or be transported to an out patient facility. Health Care Connectors (HCC) Have absolutely been wonderful with my mother, Jacqueline Preiss over at EdgeHill. I must praise all that I communicated especially Neelam for OT, Tashura, the visiting nurse and Bhakti for PT. 👏👏 👏 We were able to get palliative care for a month which really helped mom succeed back to eating and communicating a little bit better.
