My sister and I have been extremely pleased with the home health care services that Health Care Connect have provided, upon my sister's return home from a rehabilitiation center. The RN, P.T., O.T., & Home Aide have all provided excellent and professional services for my sister. I am looking forward to utilizing their agency after her upcoming surgery.
