Terrible!!! Trying to get a ride back home....I had to call a relative on her day off so I could get home . This has happened several times already One star is too many 👎I need a car
I'm disabled and can't drive my insurance company uses this transportation service and I can't remember the last time I was actually picked up at first I thought it was lyft or ubers fault so I decided to use door to door pick up and they still didn't pick me up and these appointments are for surgery pre op surgery sling fittings... This has to be the worst transportation service ever, I could fill a filing box full of grievances from them.. If I could give negative stars I would
