I have been a patient with Health by Serrano for almost a year, and it is on of the best decisions I have ever made in improving my health. Starting about a year or so ago I was having some weird neurological issues and My original Dr did not take these concerns very seriously. Around January 2026, I started seeing Dr. Serrano who took my concerns very seriously. I ended up getting an MRI of my brain, neck, and full thoracic and lumbar spine. Incidentally we found a mass on my left kidney. Based on how it looked on the scan the most likely diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma. A type of cancer of the kidney.
