I have been participating in studies with health Awareness for 5 years. This is probably my 4th study and my last. Everyone have always been knowledgeable, polite and efficient. That has changed. This flu study has been a disaster. I have been given inaccurate information, told I don’t know and will call you back, didn’t happen. Today was it for me. I called and spoke to Roz. She didn’t let me finish speaking. She ran me over and Proceeded to lecture me, that is just the way it is she said. So rude. I am done.

I wanted to share my experience over the last week in your Jupiter, FL facility and maybe by me sharing it can improve your responses/feedback. I have done several studies when they were Heath Awareness, before they sold to you, so I thought I had a relationship with them that I was pleased to continue. Everyone who works here are the kindest people you'll ever meet, and work above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and informed. I'm so glad I entered a clinical trial with them and highly recommend them to anyone who's interested. You couldn't find a better group of people! Ps; blood draws have always gone super smooth, which is a rare thing with my problematic veins. Seriously, they couldn't be better. I'll miss them a lot now that I've done the majority of my visits.
