I have been going to this office for 2+ years for regular adjustments every 2-3 weeks. Originally, I had right knee pain. My knee is no longer a problem. This was the first time I ever saw a Chiropractor. Dr. Matthews was fantastic. He assessed my alignment and adjusted me accordingly. He also explained his findings and what he was going to do thoroughly. After he finished all of the tension in my mid- and lower back was gone. This was also the first time I had acupuncture. I came in with pain in my knee forthe past 4 weeks and after being adjusted I had relief that same day. I felt heard by Dr. Matthews and was advised of stretches to use to support affer care. I've been coming here for a few years now after my pregnancy and continue to come because my concerns are always addressed and there are real outcomes.
Health Atlast is a great place to go for massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic care! I’ve been coming here for a while, and the team has always been wonderful.
