I felt a change after only a few adjustments. I came in not being able to move my neck very far left or right. Not being able to bend up after bending over down, without feeling I have a knife sticking through my lower back. I felt a change after only a few adjustments.

polite and friendly Since I started going to Back to Health, my neck isn't as stiff when I wake up in the morning (it used to be stiff often). I think the adjustments and the water pillow and neck pump have helped my neck to not be as stiff as it used to be. I also think the vitamins/supplements have helped. Everyone at Back to Health has been polite and friendly. Also, I don't have as much pain in my shoulders.

A huge improvement for me! I battled with carpal tunnel syndrome for over a year. It hurt every day, and I was beginning to get very disheartened. I was able to feel drastic improvements I came in with jaw pain with the help of Dr. Dundas and his chiropractic techniques I was able to feel drastic improvements. I can now open my mouth wider with less pain. I can eat my meals without having to cut it up into tiny pieces. I still have some cramps but they are less painful and less frequent. I am convinced that with regular visits I will be cured.

Thank you Dr. Steve! I had my first visit with Dr. Steve last week. I'm 15 weeks pregnant and was experiencing lower back pain. I was nervous about the treatment because I was pregnant. Wolf in Sheep's Clothing Places like Back 2 Health give chiropractic medicine a bad name. If you see their "win a free massage" raffle at any of the businesses in the OC that allow this office to advertise there, do the community a favor and ask the manager to throw the display away! And steer clear of their salesmen at health fairs too!
