Audra Macon is always helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about home health. When I had questions about my mom, she was able to give me information that truly helped.
I have worked with Audra Macon quite a few times, and she is wonderful to work with. She is professional, caring, and knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people and families she serves.
Unfortunate customer service. Wouldn’t accept insurance because of the coverage. Wouldn’t accept cash pay because of ethical issues of taking cash instead of insurance. Turning away paying patients.
