Cindy Rice was my practioner for several years when I lived in Pocatello, and I am still missing her. She was and is caring, bright, empathetic, thorough, and highly qualified to care for her patients. I might move back just because of Cindy Rice.
What an amazing experience. The staff are exceptional especially Lee the night therapist. My study last night was better than I thought it would be. I felt comfortable, safe and truly cared for. Thank you Lee for making the experience a good one, I really appreciate you taking such good care of me and making me feel safe and understood.
Rude office staff. Still in the waiting room waiting to be seen an hour after my scheduled appointment. Very disorganized and lack of willingness to help. Really irritating.
