I’m super upset with service I received today. The front desk staff was rude and refused to go in detail what I have been charged for. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or for a copy of an itemized bill and the attendant dismissed my request as non important. I do not recommend I’m going to start looking elsewhere for a place with better customer service.
This office is a mess . You can barely reach them and when they answer they take forever to complete the request . The phone system says open at 1 pm after lunch but they do not answer
