Does anyone answer the phone? I have been on hold for 20 minutes. If you can't go in person, don't try calling.
The providers at this facility are great. I had an appointment with Ann Rubin and she’s so kind and comforting and such a great provider who was willing to go above and beyond. The billing department however is the worst. I was charged $100 even though I had insurance and upon calling them, they claimed it was out-of-network for my insurance and the man who I talked to was very rude about it and told me to just pay it and nothing can be done.
