Extremely rude staff at the front desk and the quest lab. At the lab I heard staff talking and laughing in the back for at least 10 minutes and not once did anyone come to the window to check me in. I felt faint and asked for some water and they said if I don’t feel well I need to leave. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous for patients getting blood word done. The staff named O. M. who worked at the Appointment Window of Health Service is very unfriendly and rude. As a member of FSU, I felt sad and disappointed for my experience today.
Loave this doctors office the whole staff is very sweet and kind everything i go in have never had a bad experience.. and dr casey is the very best I just love her she sits and listens to what u have to say then she tells you after she exams you what her plans are... bwat I have found and I will be stayi.g with them

Unfortunately it is incredibly difficult to get an appointment here, while I understand that many people are going here to treat their sickness, you’ll have to wait at least two days to get an appointment which is hard because you still have to go to class those two days sick and untreated. When calling, I am placed on hold and nobody ever answers, so if there was any chance of getting a same day appointment that is out the window.
